Kinda Kofta13 different ingredients stem from many different countries.Of course we assume the spices are 100% but have no way of knowing for sure. Our Spices are purchased from reputable sources. None the less we felt the warning to be prudent.  MAY CONTAIN NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS.

So back when we all had time on our hands. I was making a marinade for lamb. I found a Kofta recipe whipped it up in my little food processor. Marinated the sliced  Lamb cycles and tossed them on the BBQ. It was so yummy. I started thinking of other applications. I put some in mayonnaise and we had chicken burgers. Realizing that the mayo would probably sit in my fridge longer than I wanted. Decided to make a dry spice. Added other ingredients from my arsenal of spices and Kinda Kofta was born. 

Our friends and I have used Kinda Kofta in or on the following: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Tofu, Soup, Salad, Mayonnaise, Potatoes, Gravy, Baked Beans, Popcorn, Eggs, Tomato Juice, Caesars. The possibilities are endless. Maybe Vanilla ice cream? That might be a stretch.
